No investors, no warehouse, no plan. Just dumbbells that don't chip and bands that don't snap, sold to people training in spare rooms across the country.
How it started
AlphaFit didn't start with a business plan. It started with our founder training at home during a gym shutdown, unable to find equipment in Pakistan that was properly weighted without an import markup attached.
So the first batch of grippers and bands got sourced, tested personally for weeks on end, and sold one order at a time — each one packed by hand, with a WhatsApp number written on the box instead of a return label.
Where we are now
What began as a side hustle now ships dumbbells, grippers, bands, straps, and bottles to homes and garages across the country — checked, packed, and dispatched by a team that actually trains with the gear it sells.
We haven't scaled into a call center or a faceless warehouse operation, and we're not planning to. If something's wrong with your order, you're messaging the same people who packed it.
Not a mission statement for the wall — just the three things every order gets measured against before it leaves the building.
If a band snaps in a month or a coating chips on day one, we've failed. We test equipment the way it's actually used — daily, not once for a photo.
We're not racing imported premium brands on price. We're building for people training at home in Pakistan who need solid equipment without the markup.
No ticket queues, no scripts. If something's wrong with your order, you're talking to the same small team that packed it.
