Welcome to AlphaFit Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us, including dumbbells, grippers, resistance bands, bottles, straps, and other fitness-related products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AlphaFit Pakistan is operated as a sole proprietorship business based in Pakistan.
1. General
- You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the consent of a parent/guardian, to purchase from our website.
- All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
2. Products
- We make every effort to display product images, weights, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing batches or display/screen settings.
- Product weights (e.g., dumbbells) and materials are as described on the product listing; minor manufacturing tolerances may apply.
3. Orders
- Placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- An order is considered confirmed once we verify the order details with you (via call, message, or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, receive bank transfer payment or confirm COD arrangement.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- We currently accept the following payment methods only:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is made in cash to the courier/rider at the time of delivery.
- Bank Transfer — payment is made in advance to our designated bank account, with proof of payment shared with us before the order is dispatched.
- We do not currently accept online card payments (debit/credit card) or other digital wallets unless separately communicated to you.
- For bank transfer orders, dispatch will only occur after payment confirmation is received and verified by us.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and defective products is outlined in our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully, particularly the requirement for unboxing video proof.
7. Use of Products
- Fitness equipment sold on our website (dumbbells, bands, grippers, straps, etc.) should be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided.
- We are not responsible for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use of products beyond their intended purpose.
- If you have any pre-existing medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness regimen or using exercise equipment.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFit Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of AlphaFit Pakistan unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or placing an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
