This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on the AlphaFit Pakistan website. We currently ship to locations within Pakistan only.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed once they are confirmed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation typically happens via a phone call or WhatsApp message from our team. For Bank Transfer orders, processing begins only after we receive and verify your payment proof.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your city/area.
- Delivery to major cities is usually faster than remote or rural areas.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated to you at the time of order confirmation, before dispatch.
- We may offer free shipping on select products or orders above a certain value, as communicated on our website from time to time.
4. Payment on Delivery (COD Orders)
- For COD orders, please have the exact or appropriate cash amount ready for the courier/rider at the time of delivery.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, before opening the sealed package, in case you need to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
5. Bank Transfer Orders
- For orders paid via bank transfer, please share your payment proof/receipt with us via WhatsApp promptly so we can begin processing your order without delay.
- Dispatch will only occur after payment verification is complete.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and that the address and phone number provided are accurate and reachable.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated unavailability of the customer, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply, or the order may be returned to us.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking or courier details with you via WhatsApp/phone where available, so you can follow the status of your delivery.
8. Delays and Issues
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (weather, strikes, courier network issues, etc.). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and provide updates.
